Complete Training Service

Our comprehensive complete training service is designed to ensure that your staff receive the necessary training to excel in their roles. Our in-house designed training matrix allows us to identify specific training needs for each staff member, and we proactively notify you when training is required. This ensures that your team is always up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge, resulting in improved performance, productivity, and efficiency.

Risk Assessments 

Our risk assessment services utilize the latest computer applications to conduct a thorough evaluation of potential hazards and threats at your site or at your clients' address (health and social care settings only). Our experts will gather information on the environment, identify potential risks, and assess the likelihood and impact of those risks. We will then produce a comprehensive report outlining our findings, recommendations for mitigation, and a plan for implementation to ensure a safe and secure environment for all parties involved

Staff Observations

By taking the time to conduct thorough staff observations, away from the normal duties of the staff, you can ensure that employees are competent and capable of providing high-quality care. This is crucial for maintaining patient safety and meeting regulatory requirements, such as those set by CQC (Care Quality Commission) and other governing bodies. By issuing a certificate to keep on employment files, you can demonstrate compliance and provide a paper trail for auditing purposes.

Needs Assessments

To ensure the health and safety of visitors and employees on your site, it's essential to conduct a needs assessment to identify potential hazards and take necessary precautions. This includes providing first aid equipment and training for employees to respond to emergencies. Additionally, consider additional training or equipment needs, such as fire extinguishers or defibrillators. It's also crucial to plan for employee holidays, illness, and shifts to ensure adequate coverage. Visitors should be aware of emergency procedures and be provided with a point of contact in case of an incident.

First Aid Equipment Check/Maintenance 

We will conduct a comprehensive assessment of all first aid kits to ensure they meet British Standards 8599-1:2019 for general workplace environments and BS8599-2:2019 for workplace vehicles. The assessment will identify any issues or non-compliances, and you will be notified of the necessary corrections. Additionally, we can provide access to the required equipment and consumables needed to bring the kits up to standard, ensuring compliance with regulations and a safe working environment for employees and visitors.

Defibrillator Check / Maintenance

The assessment will thoroughly check the defibrillators to ensure they are functioning correctly and are equipped with up-to-date pads, a fully charged battery, and a properly stocked AED prep kit. If any issues are found, you will be notified of the necessary repairs or replacements needed to bring them up to standard. The replacement parts and equipment are readily available through ourselves, ensuring prompt resolution and maintenance of your defibrillator devices.
