About Us

Echo Training Services is a professional training company offering a range of courses to Health & Social Care and Educational settings. We are approved by Qualsafe Awards, an Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications.

All our courses comply with the current guidelines and requirements under the Skills for Health, Skills for Care and The Care Certificate, CQC and Ofsted, GMC and GDC.

Our courses and training packages are put together by registered managers, emergency services personal, NHS staff, senior care workers and workers from different care and educational settings. We are therefore able to provide courses that are easy to understand and reflect the experience needed in certain care and educational situations.

Our trainers are experienced in their field and make learning fun. Delegates are given the information that they need to carry out their jobs in a safe and professional manner.  We ask delegates at the end of their training to evaluate on all areas of the course so that we can continue to improve our services, some of their feedback can be seen at the bottom of our home page.

As the company has developed and grown, we have gone from providing just two first aid training course to now providing over 40 courses, training packages, eLearning and complete training management of your staff.

Echo Training Services is based in the coastal town of Westgate-on-Sea in Kent but operates all over the South East of England including Kent, Surry, Sussex and Berkshire.
